AVAILABILITY: Available 2 - 3 days per week Wednesday through Friday and work at least 1 - 2 Saturdays per month. Must be available Wednesdays. Hours usually range from around 10:15am to 4:30pm on those work days and can vary from 12 to 18 hours per week depending on how many days you can work. Willing to commit to working at Hitched through at least April 2025 to cover owner's maternity leave and get us through our spring busy season. Can continue position past that time if employee chooses.
 

DUTIES: Perform daily opening and closing duties and weekly checklist. Manage the store in the absence of the owner. Assist consultant during bridal appointments until trained. Run bridal appointments after training is complete. Manage and grow our tuxedo/suit program. Measure wedding parties for tux rentals. Design and install window displays. Repair and spot clean sample gowns. Steam and inventory gowns. Organize and keep the store in pristine condition. Answer phones, schedule, greet and check out customers.
 

QUALIFICATIONS: MUST have attention to detail and be organized. Retail experience a plus. Must have prior job experience. High school graduate. Social media experience including creating content for Instagram and Tik-Tok is a plus. Provide excellent customer service with a professional decorum and mature, outgoing personality. Able to commit to working with us at least through April 2025.
 

PAY: ($11 - 14 per hour + Tips) Start at $11 - $12 per hour depending on prior experience and will be eligible for first raise after training is complete. Employees that are exceeding expectations will be eligible for additional bonuses and/or raises.
