Bridal Assistant Position | Current Needs
 

• Schedule: Looking for help on Thursdays and some Fridays each week and 1 to 2 Saturdays per month. Thursday/Friday hours would be around 10:30am - 4:30pm preferably but willing to work around class schedule if available both days. Saturday hours are currently 10am to 5pm (or whenever the last bride leaves.) We can add on more hours during week on occasion to come in to help with Window Displays, Spring Cleaning, Paint Projects, or Tuxedo Returns as your schedule allows. Potential evening hours available one day during week after trained if available. 
   

• Duties: Perform daily opening and closing duties and weekly checklist. Assist consultant during bridal appointments. Measure and provide assistance with our tuxedo rental program. Try on wedding dresses and create social media Tik-Toks and Reels. Steam and inventory gowns. Answer phones, schedule, greet and check out customers. Organize gowns and keep the store in pristine condition for customers. Provide excellent customer service.
   

• Qualifications: MUST have attention to detail and be organized. Retail and/or wedding experience a plus. Tik-Tok or other social media creation experience. Must have prior job experience. High school graduate. Provide excellent customer service with a professional decorum and mature, outgoing personality (need to be able to hold a conversation with customers and small talk, while providing style recommendations). 
   

• Length of Position: Needs to be able to commit to working with us at least through May 2027. (It takes a few months to train for this position, and we want someone who is long term and enjoys their position and wants to learn and grow into a Bridal Consultant position.)
   

• Starting Pay: $11 - $13 per hour PLUS TIPS. Eligible for raises and bonuses. First raise after training complete, then another raise if promoted to Bridal Consultant.
